Reach 800 weekly new projects from the current 350

KR1: Support a stable content flow to ensure 10k weekly reads

KR2: Reach 10,000 Google search clicks per month from current 6,000 (data)

KR3: Generate 1k bi-weekly visitors to GitHub repositories from articles (supporting TW)

KR4: Ensure collaborations are in place to make at least 3 articles with other projects or blogs

KR5: Create at least 5 “spike events” that generate +500 project starts in a week

KR7: Reach 10,000 page visitors with Series Seed announcement

2. [CEO 01.03+01.04]

Establish agency program to expand (premium) use cases

• KR1: Set up an agency partner program before 20 September

KR3: Get partnerships with 3 agencies that have used Medusa at least once

KR4: Reach 15 premium support cases through agency partners

Prepare hackathon to support new projects + community

• KR1: Prepare plan for own hackathon no later than Aug 1st
