2. Taking over onboarding activities and structuring onboarding process
- KR1: Take over onboarding activities and structuring onboarding process
- Setting up a structured process for all the new joiners, to get things faster prepared ahead of all a new joiner onboarding
3. Improve candidate experience
- KR1: Candidates can max wait a full day for a response after sourcing, reach outs and any questions they have - let’s keep a good flow with information exchange with candidates
- KR2: Feedback after an interview - ideally within 2 days
4. Put more emphasis on inbound candidates and from dev-oriented websites
- KR1: Focus on dev-focused websites for advertising our jobs, such as GitHub, Reddit etc. Get 20 candidates from each website.
